What this site is
lifegex.com describes LifeGex and its portfolio ventures. It is an information site. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest or investment product, in any jurisdiction.
Portfolio status, gate positions, product surfaces and plans describe the internal state at the date shown. They will change, and they are not a promise of future performance.
Using the site
You may read, quote and link to this site for normal business or editorial use.
You may not:
- interfere with the site, its hosting, or other people's access to it;
- attempt to access non-public areas or data;
- represent our content as your own, or imply endorsement without written permission;
- use the site to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material through its forms.
Intellectual property
The LifeGex name, the mark, the written content, the layout and the product captures are ours or used with permission. Product names of ventures belong to their respective owners. Short quotations with attribution are welcome; wholesale reproduction is not.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services and uses Formspree to deliver forms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms apply when you use them.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every statement is complete or current at the moment you read it. Any decision you make based on this site is your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LifeGex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vietnam, unless a mandatory rule in your jurisdiction says otherwise.
