Privacy notice

Short version: this site sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising or analytics scripts, and only keeps what you choose to send us.

Last updated 22 Oct 2026 Applies to lifegex.com

Who is responsible

LifeGex ("we") operates this website. For anything in this notice, the contact point is the request form on the investors page or the contact form on the home page.

What we collect

1. What you send us

If you submit a form, we receive the fields you filled in — typically your email address, the purpose of your request, the material you asked for, and any note you wrote. We use this only to reply and to evaluate the request.

2. What your browser stores

The site saves your theme preference, your language choice, and whether you dismissed the storage notice. This lives in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

3. What the host records

Like any web server, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) for security and availability. We do not use these logs to build profiles.

Why we process it

  • To answer you — based on the consent you give when submitting a form.
  • To evaluate a business request — partnership, investment or product enquiry you initiated.
  • To keep the site available and secure — based on our legitimate interest in operating a working website.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, which processes the form data on our behalf. The site is hosted by our hosting provider. These providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

  • Form requests: up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted.
  • Server logs: retained briefly by the hosting provider for security purposes.
  • Browser preferences: until you clear them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent for future contact at any time. Send the request through either form and we will action it. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is aimed at business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be visible here rather than announced elsewhere.
